For our anniversary, we escaped to a little cabin south of Glenrose on Friday. We have never really done anything for our anniversary besides going out to eat, so it was nice. We enjoyed a relaxing day at the cabin. BJ fished at the private catch and release pond and I read on the porch while watching him from a distance. Friday night we went to the Brazos Drive-In and saw Wolverine. Saturday, we ate cinnamon rolls for breakfast and went shopping in down town Granbury until it started pouring down rain. We had a nice time and would definately recommend the cabins for someone who wants to get away from the busyness of the city for a few days. There were a lot of hiking trails on the 160 acre property, but we didn't really have time to explore it. We discussed going back in the future for a little longer stay.
